  • SB 10-092 Exempt CO Firearms From Federal Regs

    Guns owned and manufactured in the state of Colorado would be exempt from Federal government interference and regulation provided they remain in Colorado. This bill is primarily a states rights bill and is similar to those introduced recently in over twenty states.

  • SB 10-113 First Degree Murder of a Fetus

    It has long been my stance that a fetus is a human being and as such is entitled to the same rights and liberties of any other citizen. Murder of human being is punishable by law. This bill makes killing a fetus in certain circumstances a class 1 felony.
