Sponsor: Rep. Andy Kerr (D-Lakewood). Enters Colorado into an agreement with 4 other states to require all Colorado's electoral votes (9) to be cast for the Presidential candidate receiving the most popular vote. Such a law would be contrary to our founding fathers' desire for the electoral college and would nearly eliminate Colorado's influence in future Presidential elections.
