Repeals the provisions of the Colorado "Unfair Practices Act" (Act) that prohibit any person, partnership, firm, corporation, joint stock company, or other association engaged in business in this state to sell, offer for sale, or advertise for sale any article, product, or service for less than the cost to the vendor; or to give, offer to give, or advertise the intent to give away any article, product, or service for the purpose of injuring competitors and destroying competition.
Repeals the prohibition on engaging in a pattern of selling, offering for sale, or advertising for sale motor fuel for less than the cost to the vendor when the pattern has the effect of injuring one or more competitors or destroying competition. Repeals the right of any person, firm, private corporation, municipal corporation, public corporation, or trade association to maintain an action for a violation of the Act and to recover damages.
