SB 07-094 Concerning Prohibition of the Use of Forged Documentation to Gain a Benefit by a Person Illegally in the United States

Makes it a felony for an illegal alien to use fraudulent documentation to obtain employment or apply for a public benefit ("forged documentation").

Prohibits a court from granting bail to a person charged with the crime of forged documentation.

Directs an arresting officer who arrests a person for commission of forged documentation to contact federal immigration enforcement officials.

Prohibits a district attorney from plea-bargaining a forged documentation charge.
